We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of the ties we sell. If you aren't happy with an order you've received from us, please let us know. We will make it right! All new & unworn in stock merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. ABCTies.com does not reinburse shipping or handling fees.
Return Guidelines
Refunds are for the price of the returned ties. Shipping to the customer is non-refundable. All returned merchandise much be new and unworn. Returned ties must be packaged in their original packaging. Customers are responsbile for return shipping. Returned special order neckties may be subject to a restocking fee.

We highly recommend all returns & exchanges are sent back to us via a shipping method that provides tracking. If your return does not arrive back here, we cannot process it for you.
Please reuse the packaging your order arrived in if it is still in usable form, otherwise you may use any suitable package. Take care to include either your packing slip or a printed confirmation page/email in your return, along with directions on how you would like us to process your return when it arrives. Upon receipt, we will notify you that your package has been processed.
